Poetry in Equilibrium

A painstakingly crafted work with clear, direct, and accessible verse that connects with readers of all ages. Through artistic and universal language, the author awakens profound emotions and invites reflection.

With poems that flow naturally and seem to spring from the page, Cromwell-Smith traverses the full circle of life: hope, inspiration, self-reliance, true love, happiness, optimism, faith, gratitude, doubt, duality, forgiveness, adversity, resilience, coherence, geniality, and joy.

Through more than 40 poems and reflections in free verse, the work explores universal concerns such as letting go of the past, finding inspiration, coping with loss, and ultimately learning to live a full and conscious life.
